Your right to cancel purchases and request a refund depends on the type of product you purchased at Gamecardsdirect.com. The purchase of digital products and digital content is final. This means that no refund is given unless required by local law or the supplier of the specific gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code. Digital content that you cannot cancel includes, but is not limited to: Wallet Top Ups, games, game extras, subscriptions, shopping gift cards, calling credit, prepaid credit, and cryptocurrency.

I didn't receive the code within 10 minutes

If you did not receive your code within 10 minutes, it is possible that the email ended up in your spam folder. Therefore, check your spam/advertising/promotional folder. It is also possible that we carry out an extra check for some orders, as a result of which it takes a little longer before you receive your code. This will never be more than 24 hours.

As long as we haven't sent you the code, you can of course change your mind and cancel your order. You have 30 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code.

When will I receive my code?

When purchasing a product, the amount must always be paid in advance, you will then receive your order by email. Is something wrong with the payment details? Please let us know. Please note that we are not responsible for incomplete telephone payments. Make sure you have enough credit on your phone to successfully complete the payment. Incomplete phone payments will not be refunded.

This voucher code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged. Will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or otherwise redeemed without your permission. Can only be used once.

Instructions for Windows keys via Microsoft store:

1. Open the Microsoft Store.
2. Select your personal icon at the top of the app and then select Redeem code or gift cards.
3. Enter the 25-character code, and then select Redeem. Don’t worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.

Instructions for Steam keys via client:

1. Launch the Steam client and log in with your Steam account;
2. Click 'Games' in the upper left corner;
3. Choose 'Activate a Product on Steam';
4. Follow the instructions on the screen;
5. The game is now ready for download!

Instructions for Steam keys via browser:

1. Go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/registerkey;
2. Enter the key you received in your mail into the field next to 'Product Code;
3. Accept Steam's terms and conditions;
4. Click 'Continue';
5. The game is now available for download.
